Meet Willie the Penguin!

Hi everyone 

There is a super exciting challenge going on over on the Scrapper's Delights Facebook Group right now. There's lots of time to enter as we know how busy busy busy you all are at this time of the year. There is a $20 gift certificate up for grabs AND we even give you a free image to use! (You can use any Scrapper's Delights image) All we ask is you make a Tag/Ornament.
