Wee Iris

Hi everyone

Todays card is using yet another Wee image - I think I am slightly obsessed with Wee Stamps images since they came back online! They are just sooo cute and are a pleasure to colour up and work with.

I don't know about you but normally I always pick out my papers before I colour my images. Well this time I didnt. And then found I didn't really have any papers that complimented the combo of turquoise and purple I have used. The lovely Lou Mac suggested Promises from Nitwit Collections and wow they were just perfect! Thanks Lou!

Wee Stamps - Amy

Hi everyone

today's card is NOT a Christmas card for a change. I had a huge delivery of flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts yesterday so decided to start a card that wasn't for Christmas and since it is my Sister-In-Laws birthday this weekend I thought I would crack on with making her cards.

I have used another one of my gorgeous Wee Stamps images. I have been treating myself to 5 images a week on hubbys payday (shhhh don't tell him hehe!) and my plan is to own them all. There is not one image in Sylvias store that I don't love! Please head on over after here and take a look I am sure you will fall in love too. Find the store HERE

Anyway enough waffling - on with the card...

Papers - Stamped Pink and Chic Lavender both from Royal Digital Store (Etsy)

A Very Fairy Door - Digital Stamps

Hi everyone

Today's card is using a very special image of one of the beautful fairies from A Very Fairy Door.

A Very Fairy Door is a childrens book written by a fellow crafter and her daughter and illustrated by Krista Smith of Saturated Canary. You can read all about the book and their Kickstarter campaign on their Facebook page HERE. As a reward for the pledge I made I received the 8 gorgesous fairies in digital stamp format and wow wow wow they are adorable.

Technically these arent Christmas images but as soon as I coloured this fairy in red I just knew she had to be on a Christmas card!

Sugar Bowl DT Call

Hi everyone

Have you heard the exciting news? Sugar Nellie's Challenge blog 'The Sugar Bowl' is having a DT call!

Of course I was over there like a shot to put in my application - wish me luck! Good luck to all my crafty friends who also apply.

On to my card - maybe it's a sign but as I heard about the DT call I was halfway through creating a Sugar Nellie card so decided to blog this card with the badge for the DT call.

613 Avenue Create - Challenge Time

Hi everyone

It is time for another challenge over at 613 Avenue Create.

The theme this fortnight is Anything Goes with a twist: Subway Art
We are sponsored by Bugaboo

I chose Kidz Punky Topper image to work with:

Ribbon - from my 'unknown' stash (this ribbon had white dots but I used my black 100 copic to colour all the dots in to match the ribbon in the image)
The subway art is actually a cutfile from the Silhouette Store. I filled it with colour and set the file to 'no cat' then printed it out.
