Thank you teacher part 2

Thank You Teacher! (part 2)

It's challenge time again over at Creative Creations Challenges and this week we are sponsored by the fantasic Mayzy Art.

The theme is Thank You Teacher! I was given a gorgeous Mayzy Art stamp to work with and decided to embellish with things you might find around the teachers desk!

The image is called High School Hailey and can be found HERE. The banner, letters, blackboard and frame were all cut on the cameo. Paperclips, bulldog clips are from my daughters homework desk (shhhh don't tell her)

The hair is coloured with copics, everything else is promarkers. I cut the digi and the two offsets out using the  Silhouette Cameo.

I decorared the inside of the card with a simple 'Thank you' greeting using the cameos sketch pens. (can you tell I love the cameo  :)

Now head off back to Creative Creations Challenges for all the details you need on how to enter this weeks challenge. I cant wait to see what you all come up with

Here Come The Boys - Challenge #55 Use a Digi Stamp

Hi everyone, it's time for another challenge over at Here Come The Boys. This time the theme is Use a digi stamp. My DT card was a card I made for my hubby for father's day. He (and myself) love watching the cycling (Le Tour de France started yesterday and WOW what a first stage that was!) so when I stumbled across this image I knew it would make a perfect card for him. Here is my GDT card:

The image is from Just Inklined called 'On Your Bike' and can be bought from HERE

All colouring is done with promarkers. Papers are from Jessica Sprague - Dots and Stripes pack found HERE

Inside papers are from the same paper pack.

I hope you can join us in the challenge. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Check back to Here Come The Boys challenge blog for full details on how to enter and details of this weeks prize!

All thats left for me to say is

GOOD LUCK MARK CAVENDISH!
(would be Wiggo too but sadly he's had to pull out of this years tour)

Keep Smiling!

Creative Creations Challenges - #13 Shaped Cards (No squares or rectangles)

A couple of weeks ago I was very pleased to be asked to join the DT for Creative Creations Challenges. This was my first challenge with them and was given a very cute image to work with.

This weeks sponsor is
who are offering an amazing $25 gift voucher for the store to our winner!

The theme this week is Shaped Cards - anything but a square or rectangle.
This challange came the day after I received my cameo so I was more then happy to play about with different shapes and ideas. I came up with this:

The image is Cowgirl Ellie found HERE

The card base was cut on the cameo as was the HOWDY banner. The tags are from Lili of the Valley and can be found HERE.

Ellie and her little companion are coloured with a mixture of promarkers and copics. Ellies hair and her little piggy are copics, everything else  promarkers.

I finished off with a little charm from my stash.
